Hi I am 45 single looking for likeminded person
I am an active person I like to be busy I am a technical manager at a plastics manufacturing plant and have worked there 16 years I work Monday to Thursday 7am-7pm so my training during the week tends to be around 7.30and weekends normally morning time I do most types of exercising from running to hitt workouts free weights and machine workouts willing to try new types of exercise looking for someone to train and spend sometime with and see what happens enjoys most things eating out cocktails and just as happy having a cosy night in please message if you like what you have read
