I am friendly and down to earth. I have a passion for health and like to take care of myself. As much as I admire those that bodybuild (I know it's hard work!), I don't but I do weight train about 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule. I am a supporter of those who enjoy their training without resorting to taking drugs that could put their health and their life at risk (life is precious!). I have never competed and have no plans to do so but I enjoy going to bodybuilding shows as it inspires me to train a little harder. I'd love to meet someone that I could support in their goals (if they do compete).

I also enjoy step aerobics, kick boxing classes, playing badminton, bowling, going to the cinema, skiing, travelling, cruising, playing pool, horse riding and cycling. I love animals and enjoy visiting the zoo or safari parks. I enjoy eating out, cooking, going to the fair, going to the beach, clothes shopping and theatre.

I appreciate old fashion values, good character and good manners. I love confidence but not arrogance.
