A fitness enthusiast. I also off road bike and road bike, run, cross country ski, scuba, snowshoe among many activities. But Crossfit is by far my favorite. In fact, if traveling, I always try to drop in to a Crossfit Box for a change of pace. And I DO like to travel. Don’t get me wrong, I like quieter activities too: cards, cribbage, bonfires and even curling up for a movie.
