I am a very physically fit woman the adores UFC, MMA and Boxing. I kick box two nights a week, strength train and power walk as much as I possibly can. Still very much a Lady I love throwing on the sexy black dress and heels and dine with dignitaries. Just as easily I love throwing on the bikini and flip flops for a quick romp in the sun and surf.
